Our Processes are not complex. However they require fine tuning on a continual basis. The current day technologies for recycling are manpower oriented. You can not automate entire quality check and dismantling process in recycling. Below we have given a sample of kind of processes we follow. We do have videos of our customer ewaste destruction and however due to non disclosure clause we have not uploaded those photographs.

Our activities start with marketing team contacting ewaste generators. Once the ewaste is available for disposal our technical team will inspect the quality of ewaste. Based on the inspection report a quote for ewaste is generated. For hazardous waste like CFL, the generator of ewaste has to pay us for its disposal as per norms as it involves immobilization of hazardous waste prior to  disposal by authorized TSDF facility.

Once the quote is finalized by the customer, a material pick up date is fixed. Once the material is to be picked up, the customer has to raise an invoice, e-waybill and gate pass on the date of pickup and handover to our transporting vehicle as documents along with our ad mandated manifest for transportation of e-waste from the generator premises as per law.

Once material reaches our recycling facilities, they are stored, segregated, dismantled, recycled and fractions are sent to downstream units for further processing or used as raw material for material recovery.

Our Data sanitization services are offered at customer location (onsite). Both logical and physical sanitization processes are carried out as per client requirements.

We ensure adequate employee health and safety procedures are adhered to mitigate any adverse health and safety related issues.
